Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. The service
FeedWisp is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Igor Shokarev, registered in Georgia (the country) at Bukia Street, adjacent to No. 1, Kutaisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us.
FeedWisp diagnoses Google Merchant Center accounts and, for subscribed accounts, continuously optimizes product feed data using AI. All writes are made to a supplemental feed in your Merchant Center account; the product data in your original (primary) feed is never changed. To make the supplemental feed take effect we adjust your account's feed-priority settings. You can remove the supplemental feed — and with it every change we made — at any time.
2. Your account and your data
You must own or be authorized to manage any Merchant Center account you connect. You grant us the access needed to provide the service (read your account and product data; write to a supplemental feed) and can revoke it at any time via Google or by disconnecting in the app.
3. Trial, billing, cancellation
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full functionality. A payment method may be required to start the trial; if one is on file and you do not cancel, the trial converts into a paid subscription when it ends — we email you before the trial ends and before you are first charged. Subscriptions are billed monthly and priced by catalog size (see Pricing). If your catalog grows past your plan's limit we will notify you and ask you to upgrade; we do not upgrade you silently.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and its buyer terms (opens in a new tab) apply to the purchase transaction. The service relationship described in these terms remains between you and us.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; already-paid fees for the current billing period are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. When your subscription ends — by cancellation or expiry, and after a short wind-down period for expired trials — we remove our supplemental feed and revert every change we made, completing automatically as soon as your account is reachable.
4. What we promise — and what we can't
We work to improve your feed's health and product data quality, and we monitor every change we make, automatically reverting changes that trigger new disapprovals. However, Google alone decides approvals, rankings, and policy outcomes: we cannot and do not guarantee specific approval rates, traffic, or sales results.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use FeedWisp to promote products that violate Google's policies or applicable law, attempt to circumvent Google enforcement, or probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions Google takes on your account. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer or other law that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country), and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination for any reason, our supplemental feed is removed and every change we made is reverted, completing automatically as soon as your account is reachable.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
