The first two weeks
From free check to decision in 14 days.
Day 0
The free check. Connect the account and read the health report – it is read-only, nothing is written, no card is asked for.
Day 1
You activate. The first fixes land in the supplemental feed within hours, and every change goes under the post-change watch.
Days 2–13
The service settles into its rhythm: daily scans, fixes as issues surface, automatic rollback of anything that backfires.
Day 14
You decide with the results on the table. Keep it and billing starts – or cancel, and every change reverts automatically.
Billing questions
When am I billed?
Your first 14 days are a free trial with the full service – nothing held back. If you keep it, billing is a flat monthly charge for your size tier from then on. Cancel any month.
What happens when my catalog grows past my tier?
Nothing breaks and nothing pauses. The service keeps running; you get a notification and a prompt to move up to the next size when you are ready.
Do I need a card for the health check?
No. The check is read-only and free. A card is only needed when you decide to activate the service.
What exactly happens if I cancel?
Every change we make lives in a separate supplemental feed that overlays yours – your original feed is never touched. Canceling removes that feed, and the account reverts to exactly how it was.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet – billing is monthly for now. We want to offer an annual option with a proper discount and will add it as soon as we can. Until then there is no long-term commitment: you can cancel any month.
